New version 14303 - still broke. Surprise and sadness continues...

Installed the new release 14303 on our dev server today.
One of the items listed in the readme was:
ยท SD-99034 : In rich text editor, hitting backspace after adding a line break reverts the font to Roboto.
I had big dreams of writing an email to my technicians today and telling them that this was finally fixed after so many years of pain...but alas...dreams crushed.
This appears to be working the same way as before - it starts using Calibri (or any other font) and then if you backspace - it goes back to Roboto. Every. Time.
Appreciate you guys working on this, but it doesn't seem like anything was done or at least it is not working. I can elaborate how to test this - but I think this is an easy one to reproduce.
Also - while I have you - the locking of the reply/forward form to the right - still not so good (as discussed in another thread):
