new users no email address
Hi
We are running atm a sd+ 7022 in production. We have our domain sync to it and we updateded our exchange server from 2003 to 2007. Now the funny thing is when a new user that has been made through the exchange 2007 console with a email makes a ticket in sp+ and a tech answers the tech can't because there is no email to reply to.
why is this not working ?
we are running our database on a windows 2003 bit 64 Ms Sql 2005
