New UI for Additional Fields in ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand

We have changed the way you can add new additional fields in ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand.  From a tab based view provided earlier, we have moved to a list based view for easy creation and management of additional fields.

You would now be able to add a field of any data type at the click of a button and manage (view, edit and delete) your custom (additional) fields in one single list.
