One of our client want to do following features, please provide me how to done, thanks.

1. How to know the online and offline status of Android device ? 

2. Maintain the status of the tablets, e.g. in-use, under maintenance, broken, etc.(same as question 1?)

3. Install, update and remove mobile apps / third-party .apk (KIOSK Mode?)

4. Disable download, installation, update and deletion of mobile apps to the tablets (KIOSK Mode?)

5. Disable external memory storage, e.g. USB used in the tablets (KIOSK Mode?)

6. Disable modification of pre-defined setting (KIOSK Mode?)

7. Device shall be locked and shall prompt passcode / passphrase after idle for a configurable period of time (such as 5 minutes) <--- I don't know how to set 5mins

8. Wipe out local data automatically after a pre-defined number of consecutive logon failures to the tablets (how to do ?)

9 Wipe out local data automatically if the tablets fail to connect to server for a configurable period of time (how to do?)
10. Report for Tablet status report (I don't know where to show status in report)

11. Report for Incidents on misconduct relating to the use of the tablets

12. Report for Last updated date and version of the applications installed in the tablets

13. Generate a detailed log of the tablet to provide system and application level information 

I tried KIOSK mode already, please help.
