New theme (build 80234) is awful

I know it's probably pointless to say this but the new theme which was released with build 80234 is just awful. It looks very bulky and cheap in my opinion.
On a more professional note: it does not seem to display properly in Firefox even though the local cache etc. was cleared. As an example, if I move my mouse inbetween the icons on the Admin tab (e.g. Scope of Management, Agent settings etc.), the icons next to the mouse start to "move". Also, the rebranding logo disappeared after the update.
