New Template for Eaton Ex1000 UPS - Oids all get .0 appended when creating monitors
Eaton/Powerware ex1000 UPS MIB imports correctly and I can query values from device using MIB browser but when OIDs are added to a custom template, for example .1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.4 which is "upsEstimatedChargeRemaining", .0 gets appended to the OID in the monitor by opmanager. I can see from the forums that this is not an isolated thing. Advice seems to be to edit opmanager_graphInfo.xml in \Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\OpManager\conf\ and change type parameter to "interface" for each affected OID but I can't locate my custom template's OIDs with or without .0 in that file.
Below are the values returned for the device OIDs using the MIB browser. I have attached the MIB. Is it possible to create a template or correct the MIB so this will work for us and give us, at the least, the graphs/gauges for battery charge, input/output voltages and notify us when it is running on battery?
