New Technician

New Technician

Hi!
 
I have upgraded ServiceDeskPlus vom Vers. 7.0 to 7.5.
Now I would like to insert a new technician. But this isnt't possible.
Befor inserting I have change my licence from the "Free Version" to a licensed version for 5 technicians.
 
Unfortunately there is no error message.
