New Survey

I'm having a few issues with surveys.

First issue. Any time I update the survey. The "Yes" and "No" options change places. Only the word changes, the Thumb Up/Down icons remain the same. This reflects on the user too when they get the survey in an email. That's how I found out about it.

Second Issue. I built a new survey with very basic criteria, just the subcategory. Any time I try to trigger the survey I get the below message.



The criteria does match though. As a test I even removed all criteria and still got the same message.

We are on SDP 11.3 Build 11303.
