New sub category - Technician group assigned
Hi there,
I add new sub category and now i would like to link it to support group because any request to this sub category didn't go to any group. So the incident remain unassigned until we assigned it manually. Please advice and many thanks in advice. Fyi, currently we are using 8.109 version.
