I have created a new SITE and using it well i am created template , groups and other categories and sub categories.

I want to know that when i am creating another site , i need new groups and categroips information. But i dont want to template to use again , i need new site with new template for that site users. but when i created a new site and add user to that site, all 2nd site user are able to see the old site templates , but i dont need that.

Please guide and help me
