As you all know that Zoho is the parent company of ManageEngine and ManageEngine uses Zoho Accounts for user accounts management (i.e authentication and authorization). Zoho account helps you gain access to all the software applications we build at Zoho(which includes cloud applications under ManageEngine).
Two-step Sign-in
The advantages are two pronged:
Superior UX for Organizations employing SAML SSO-based custom authentication
We detect whether the user is using SAML and redirect to the Identity Provider (IdP), right after the user enters their email address. A SAML user will not have to see the password screen at all.

3. With IdP like GApps/O365
An option to login with GApps/O365 will be provided in the second step. The user can proceed either with Zoho password or can choose his IdP and proceed.
