New Requests not being saved.
We are running ServiceDesk 7014 on an MSSQL 2000 database.
We have been faced with a problem since we were originally running 7005. After you have finished filling out the request details, when you hit "Add Request", the call is not logged and you are redirected back to your main page. This seems to be random, although the problem is getting worse. If the person continually tries over and over, most of the time the call is eventually logged. This happens with IE6, 7, and Firefox. It does not seem to be particular users. It randomly affects everyone.
We have tried upgrading to 7014 and the problem is still occuring. In fact, since going to 7014 we are faced with the additional issue of users not being able to see converstations or call history.
This is very frustrating and I am at a loss how to resolve the problem.
Also, I tried submitting a support ticket to Adventnet for this problem and receive a Also it has taken several times to log this request as I keep getting "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_connect() in /home/site/html/mail.php on line 514" message.
