New request template
I am looking to create a new request template which will be used as a checklist to build machines.
We build machines specific to our own machine build notes, step-by-step. What would be the best way to have this in the call, either a checklist within the call log description or have tasks assigned to the templates that you need to complete before the call can be closed down?
An example of our documentation that we have at the moment is attached below for reference.
