Hi Pitstop Members,

I was wondering if anyone knew about an alerting system built into Manage Engine SDP that will alert me if;

1. A new request has been submitted

2. An SLA violation is approaching.

Alerting via email, text, anything would be fine.  As of right now, I have no way of knowing, except for checking from time to time.
