New Probes don't register
Hi,
We're using MSP 6003. When adding a new probe in the Server it is added to the Trial Probes (where all probes resists, strange, no mather wether I add it as a trial probe or a registered probe). When I install a new probe, the update to MSP6003 is loaded and installed well, but the probe does not register.
In the probe: stderr.txt reports every 1/2 second
##### PROBLEM IN INITIALIZING MODULE class com.adventnet.nms.NmsMainFE #####
and wrapper.log reports
DMS is waiting for registration from the Central Server.
I'm using hosts tabels on both probe and server and I'm sure DNS is ok, the server can be reached via its DNS name.
Problem remains after reinstalling probe and after regenerating probe definititions and key at the server.
Please give me a solution because this is holding up our Opmanager project.
