New Notification Rule
We would like to see a Notification Rule under "requester Notifications" of "Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the assigned technician is changed."
I know we can accomplish this via the "...request is updated." but that sends emails out no matter what the update is and our users complained that they were receiving too many emails.
