New notification - closure of tasks
It would be nice to have the ability to auto-notify the technician assigned to a service request when a task under the service request is completed. I don't see how to auto-notify on that, and closing tasks doesn't seem to mark the request as unread or anything. So figuring out that tasks have been completed under a particular service request is sort of a guessing game.
