New Netbackup 7.1.0.3 installation : service is displayed down, but sevices is really running
Hi everybody,
Since 1 month now we are updating our Symantec NetBackup Agent from v.6.5.3 to v7.1.0.3.
And now ON EVERY UPDATED SERVERS netbackup client service is displayed down but service is running !!!
when i choose to add a monitored service the service is shown in "green" and since i add this monitor to the server, after a while it raised an alarm for "windows service down"
some informations :
OpManager version 9011 (waiting the new AMS license to update to the last version)
Does someone experience the same issue?
