We’re excited to announce two key updates to Log360 Cloud:

  • We support the OAuth 2.0 Authorization Grant Flow for a more secure and streamlined ticketing process.

  • Users can now create tickets using custom templates, enabling more tailored and efficient workflows.

Benefits:

  • Enhanced security: The OAuth 2.0 implementation boosts the security of Zendesk integration and makes it easier to set up and manage.

  • Improved customization: Custom ticket templates in ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand allow for more accurate and efficient ticketing.
