new installation - time estimation?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a good, but affordable solution for self service password resets, and the manageengine ADselfservice Plus software seems to be a good and affordable solution.

At this moment I am making a cost estimate, and I would like to know how much time it takes to install, configure, test, roll-out, ... this.
We already have a SMS gateway, and I would like to use this for the SMS functionality.
Is this possible?

I am talking about:
phase 1) the 30 day trial for testing perpusos
phase 2) a pilot installation for 500 persons
phase 3) gradually adding more accounts to maximum about 18000 accounts

What is your experience with the time needed to set this up?
I think the roll-out to the users should not be underestimated: explaination, change managemnt, ... ?

Is there training necessary:
- for the end-users?
- for the people maintaining the software?

How much "mandays" should I take in account?
