We are trying to get the new hire/ termination for to work for us.
- I have currently setup a Service Catalog | New Hire / Terms section.
- Created a New Hire and a Term form.
The new hire and terms can only be viewed by certain technicians and users.
I have setup an additional site and a technician group that has access to this site. This works pretty well but any technician that has the SDAdmin group can see everything but I can live with that.
I have created two user groups (New Hires & Terminations) so only these two groups can create a ticket.
The issue I am having now since we are locking down these forms is when a ticket is created and the Email To Notify is used, the users that are notified (which are not techs) can not view the ticket. They get the message
"Request does not fall under your permitted scope. So you are not authorized to update the same."
I need anyone in these particular New Hires & Termination groups to be able to view any new hire or term ticket and be able to view or edit as needed. How can this be done?
