New functionality question

Hi all,

Is it possible to add the following functionality:
- When the status changes to warning or error (failed) a sound is played e.g. a .wav or .mid file is played through the browser page (for instance the Plasma View).
- This audible 'event' should be configurable for repetition and muting.

This would be a great asset to the monitoring functionality and I miss it in the current release.

I don't know if I have to use a different channel to ask for extra functionality but i saw a similar topic that suggested the use of an action script that triggers a script on the client side to play an audio file bat that is reasonably absurd. Incorporating it in the HTML pages generated is a much better solution.
