new field needed for input the error cause
hi all
hope somebody can help me. i need in sd+ a field where i can input the error cause if i close a request.
example:
a reguest is open in the category hardware, printer with the error printer doesn't work.
the resolution is: paper not properly inside.
now i want this request sign as "user error". maybe i can make a dropdownfield so i can make many options
how can i do this??
