I have an idea to share to Technicians the new/added features of the current version from the v9.4 and should be posted as Announcement.

Is there any list of new features ready on-hand which is purely related to ServiceDesk?

I'm aware of this  What's new in ServiceDesk Plus but hoping there is a summarise version of it.
