AS of now is SDP there is only one Notification rule , in which we can send the request update tp requester but that feature is applicable for all the requester.

is there any notification available based on template.

example: we have three different template for request logging.

1. Incidents

2. Serviced request.

4. SCM procurement request.( in this template ,we need to implement the request update notification to requester.) 

please help.
