New Feature request - Change to Alarm escalations
Can you please make it so alarm escalations can be by device as well as by category? Also make it so we get a device name as well as IP.
Right now if I have more than 1 device in a router category down I only get one email listing all the affected devices by IP address. I was able to get a OpManager to show the device name in the subject using $displayName but that is only good if only one device is down at a time.
