#1) The ability to "sort" requests by the various fields, i.e. requestor, due by. I am surprised I can not just click the field and have it sorted ?
#2) I think this is a bug but it may be working "as intended" I have SDP4.1R10 set to notify technicans via email when a new request is added.
However when i add a task none of us get an email. When i assign the task we do get emails .. Does the "notify technicians" notification ONLY work if the request is automaticaly assigned by SDP ?
