New Alarm Escalation feature - Use BV rather than Category
Currently Alarm Escalation is limited to grouping by Infrastructure Category.
This prevents us from grouping our servers, for example, into critical and non-critical groups. Certain servers can wait until morning to be rebooted. Other servers might really need immediate attention. We could create a Business View called "Critical Servers" which could contain a list of these critical devices.
Please consider using Business View rather than (or in addition to) Infrastructure Category for grouping devices to check for unresponded-to alarms.
ie. When an alarm with severity [Critical] and [Business View] [Critical Server] category is not cleared within [2] [hour(s)] . . .
