New Alarm Escalation feature - Run this check every xxx min
We want to be able to escalate a critical alarm, say a "router-down" alarm that is not responded to within 20 minutes. This is impossible when the process to check overdue responses is run hourly, at a minimum. Please consider modifying the "Run this Check every XX HOURS" so the increment is in minutes, as in "Run this check every 5 MINUTES.
