Network Scan - SNMP Only
I want to do a network scan using SNMP. When I fill out the network scan configuration wizard, the only mandatory field is the IP range. If I put in only a value for SNMP, then hit the save and scan button, I receive the following error message: FAILURE :Domain login name and password are not configured for the domain invoked for scan. Please configure domain login name and password to scan the domain. Then when I go back into the network scan, and edit, the snmp field is blank. I am using the domain scan for the workstations, but I want to find the other junk on the network (printers, switches, WAPs, etc). Is my only option to put in a domain account just to run the SNMP scan? Thanks.
