Network Scan Not Working

Hi,

I'm trying the Trial version of ServicDesk Plus Professional 6.0.0.0, to give management a report if it will be worth it to buy and use this program.

My problem is that the network scan keeps failing. Some Workstations it picks up the IP address but that's about it.

I have activated DCOM on the workstations.

I'm Running Windows XP and Windows 2000 workstations on a WAN and a LAN
