Network Interfaces greyed (Linux Server)

Network Interfaces greyed (Linux Server)

We have a Linux Server that has 2 physical Network interfaces. One of them is greyed (with a black diagonal slash). How can we enable the monitoring of this interface? The other network interface is monitored perfectly.
