Network Drives
Is there anyway to determine what drives a user already has mapped on their system using Desktop Central?
I am looking to give access to users for network drives that another user has, however, I have to track down the user and have them send me a screen shot of all of their drives right now. It would be much easier if I was able to go into the inventory and view their computer to see the drives and the drive letters where each is mapped to.
Please let me know if this is possible or an alternate way I can get the same answer.
