Opmanager reads them and the interfaces. However, when we try to create a Map of the switches and the deviecs connected to them, the selection only says "ethernet interface". It will not list the ports on the devices. (see atached image)

The system OID is: 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.100.10.7

has anyone had an issue like this.

Any help would be appreciated since we only a few days left to make a purchase decision before our 30 days runs out.
