NetFlow Unable to work in Cisco IOS 12.4

I would like to know whether NetFlow can work with Cisco IOS 12.4. It works perfectly alright with 12.1. Please assist. Thank you. Below will be the command push by OPManager.

As in IOS 12.4, there is no "ip sla monitor" command available. I would like to know whethere the Hotfix 8006 can fix this problem. Please assist and advice. Thank you.
