recently i have installed netflow analyzer on a windows 2008 R2 server in my company.

I used netflow version 5 to sample my 7200 cisco router, and everything worked fine, until i tried to

change it to version 9... the  analyzer  stopped responding and doesn't process the flow that are received, even when i go back to version 5 configs... on wireshark i can see that the flows are receivedon the server... what could be the problem?
