Netflow Install.. gone wrong somewhere... ...

I tried installing NetFlow on my server tonight, and it didn't work as I would have expected it to. When I input the Netflow server info in the plug-ins section, it test's OK and comes back to say it connected successfully.

So I go to click the NetFlow button to connect to it, and it comes up with:
