NetFlow Analyzer vs Packeteer reporting discrepancies

Hi,

I have just found this wonderful product the gives me the granular (source-destination) reporting that my Packeteer is poor on (without spending more money on thier reporting tool than the box itself).

The Packteer box is configured to send netflow-5 data to the NetFlow Analyzer server.

However I have noticed that over the same reporting period (e.g. 7am to 8am - report run at 9:30am the same day) there is a discrepancy in the number of MB for both in and out traffic between the Packeteer and NFA (Packeteer seems to be higher than what NFA reports - and I have to believe the Packeteer box as it is an inline network monitor device).

What I am hoping is if someone can tell me whether the problem might lie with the Packeteer sending the Netflow data or NFA recording/reporting the data or even something to do with NetFlow-5 itself

Discrepancy is around about 10%
