Netflow Analyzer Service issue - Service will not start with "incorrect Function"

Hi,

Currently having an issue with a Netflow Analyzer installation following a recent installation and upgrade to 10250,

Starting the service fails with the following error details:

"The ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer 9 service terminated with the following service-specific error: Incorrect Function"
