NetFlow Analyzer cisco port name

For my netflow analyzer testing environment. we have enable a cisco 6513 and send netflow version 5 to netflow analyzer. But I found that its portname is ifindexYYY and not be GX/Y etc. But in OpManager, the portname is right.
my cisco 6513 for the configuration of netflow as follow:
global configuration: enable netflow via cisco 6513 loopback
I want to confirm whether it is necessary to enable every port and send netflow to this software instead of sending netflow via cisco 6510 loopback interface and the other port send netflow to this lookback.
Can the software update portname automatically once I enable every port manually?
