netflow analyzer 9.6 startup issues with Centos 6.2

I am getting the following message when trying to start the service.

Server is starting. This may take a couple of minutes ... Failed to start the server. Please refer logs for more details

If I run the shutdown.sh script I get this message:

If I run the run.sh script after the shutdown I get this error

/bin/run.sh: line 176: ./setcommonenv.sh: No such file or directory

I have attached the output from LogZipUtil.sh

Any ideas greatly appreciated
