NetApp not showing disk info

Hi there,

we are trying to monitor a few NetApp Devices in our company.. unfortunately we can't see any disk or LUN info after adding the devices.

Device list:

NetApp 6220
NetApp 3220
NetApp 2220
NetApp 270
NetApp 2240-2

But according to the OpManager Release Notes, this should be possible..

After the devices are added I'm able to find them under the device templates.

I already found this article but it doesn't help me..

This is the DB query result. I also increased the SNMP timeout to 15 sec.. the most ugliest thing about this problem is that I'm receiving other info like in the picture below telling me that 25% of the Volumes are used..
