NetApp filer support... how?

Hi,

I've a bunch of NetApp FAS3020s running OnTap 7.2.2 or 7.3 which I'd like to monitor with opManager 7202 (which I'm trialling at the moment - downloaded yesterday).

I've installed the NetApp MIB (639kb, 17th March 2008) but when I try to browse it in opManager, or access it in any way, opManager exits (the opManager server crashes) and I have to restart opManager. The MIB loads into opManager just fine - its only when you try to actually use it that everything dies...

How can I monitor/manager these NetApp filers - they are pretty much industry standard boxes here, and not being able to support them is a show-stopper for us.
