Currently,
reply templates are listed in a single, long list in the drop-down menu within the reply window.
We have around 30 reply templates, and would like to use more, but it is a pain having to scroll through such a long list. If the reply templates could be nested under sub-folders, that would solve the issue.
The same is true of the
Incident templates menu.
The
Service Catalog menu uses nested sub-folders; something similar for Reply and Incident templates would be perfect.
