I can change the notification template to go to either email, which is work or personal email, but when I select the manager - it will also send it to the manager personal email.

When I change the email method from either personal or work in any template it changes it for the others.  I have the orchestration setup to send two different notifications at two different times, but I need the first one to go to personal and the second to go to work.
