Hi Team, 

I have a Question, if we can send Notification in Changes in ServiceDeskPlus as a Calendar Event. 

We need to let some our Support Team aware of the Change happening and would ideally like the activity time period to sit as an outlook event in their Calendar so they are aware when the activity happens. 

without coming into FIXIT.
