We are currently evaluating Servicedesk plus. However, after we log in and we click a link we have to log in again. After we log in again we are taken to the link we clicked on previously but if we click on another link we are returned to the login screen again.

has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix available - or are we doing something wrong?
