Need to keep restarting Oputils from the server.

I am testing oputils to see if is a viable solution to our network management.
The problem is I have to keep restarting Oputils from the desktop icon to get it to run.
I have installed this as a service but this still fails
Is this a common problem.
Any Help would be much appreciated.
