Issue Starting Services.

Greetings!

Hope this message finds you well!

We are currently using the on-premises version of ServiceDesk Plus (Build 14790). We’ve encountered an issue where the ServiceDesk portal services are not starting via the shortcut.

At the moment, we are able to start the application only through the command prompt. However, the application becomes inaccessible once the command prompt is closed.

Requesting your assistance in resolving this issue at the earliest.
