We got a problem with your Service Desk. Recently, we have changed our network infrastructure. In the process, we have changed our LDAP server name. Now, we can't login to Service Desk and change the server name. I tried to reset admin password through mySQL command line. But didn't work. I still can't login locally. Is there any config file which save LDAP server name - so I can't the name manually? Please let me know. Thanks.
